David Henman

Originally from Nova Scotia, David Henman was one of the founding members of April Wine, along with his brother Ritchie, cousin Jim and surviving member Myles Goodwyn. David was with the band from it’s inception in 1969 until 1973. He played on the first three albums, and one of his songs, “Drop Your Guns”, was a top-forty hit in Canada, resulting in David receiving three platinum and two gold albums. David was also a member of All the Young Dudes, who released an album on CBS in the mid-seventies, and performed with many international acts, including a tour of Eastern Canada opening for The Bee Gees. David moved to Toronto in 1986, where for two years he was the editor of Canadian Musician magazine. As a journalist, he has interviewed everyone from Leonard Cohen and Celine Dion to Henry Rollins and Dwight Yoakam.

Born and raised in Toronto, Lorne Sokoloff began playing the violin at age twelve, switching to electric bass at sixteen. He played with a number of cover bands and recorded with a handful of original projects for ten years then put his music career on hold until 2001 while pursuing a career in business. Since then he has played with a both cover and original bands around the greater Toronto area.



  

Eddie M. CromwellEddie M Cromwell has been playing drums for 25 years. He is from Digby County, Nova Scotia. He has performed in several local bands in Halifax and Digby, and toured extensively throughout the Maritimes, as well as recording with the Paul Lawson Band in Halifax. Eddie has studied Jazz at Saint Francis Xavier University in Antigonish , Nova Scotia.
